Heather Richards is a registered nutritional therapist specialising in complex, chronic health concerns, with a particular interest in the role of the microbiome, metabolic health and personalised nutrition.
She works with patients over a structured period of time, helping them make sense of test results and clinical findings and translating them into clear, practical, and sustainable changes to their nutrition and lifestyle. Her approach focuses on identifying key imbalances and supporting patients in implementing and refining their nutrition and supplement plans in ways that fit into everyday life.
Her work is informed by additional training in areas such as nutrigenomics and cancer care, allowing for a more personalised and integrated approach to complex cases.With over 12 years of clinical experience, Heather has worked with a wide range of complex health concerns. Alongside her clinical work, she has trained and supported thousands of practitioners and medical professionals, and previously held a senior educational role with the College of Medicine.

Nicole Mackintosh is a Functional Medicine Health Coach, Apollo ReCODE 2.0 Health Coach trained in the Bredesen Protocol, and an Advanced Mind Body Practitioner. FMCA certified and a member of UKIHCA, she specialises in supporting people with chronic health concerns and cognitive decline through a whole-person approach that combines functional medicine, mind body practice, and behaviour change. Her work focuses on helping clients better understand the deeper patterns influencing their health and creating sustainable improvements in wellbeing, clarity, and daily function. Having personally witnessed the impact of dementia within her own family, Nicole developed a strong focus on cognitive health and is now one of a small number of Apollo ReCODE 2.0 coaches in the UK. She consults both online and in person across London and the surrounding areas.

Sarah Easton is a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach (FMCA) who works with clients to identify and address the root causes of poor health, rather than managing symptoms in isolation. Her approach is personalised, evidence-based, and grounded in systems biology — exploring how nutrition, sleep, movement, stress, gut health, and environment interact to influence long-term health and chronic disease. Before retraining in functional medicine, Sarah built a successful corporate career as a Managing Director, leading high-performing teams across organisations ranging from start-ups to large private equity firms. She now brings that same structure, accountability, and strategic thinking into her coaching practice to help clients create realistic and sustainable lifestyle change. Sarah is also trained as a ReCODE 2.0 Coach through Apollo Health and Dr. Dale Bredesen’s protocol, as well as a certified Oxygen Advantage Functional Breathwork Instructor. She works collaboratively with GPs and specialist practitioners to provide integrated, whole-person support for her clients internationally from her London base.

Francesco Carco is a mental health therapist and life coach with over a decade of experience helping individuals navigate healing, personal growth, and emotional wellbeing. His approach combines evidence-based therapy with holistic practices, creating a safe and supportive space where clients can better understand themselves, overcome challenges, and build meaningful, lasting change. He specialises in trauma recovery, mindfulness, and behavioural transformation, tailoring his work to each client’s unique needs and experiences.Francesco is trained in a wide range of therapeutic modalities including Clinical Hypnotherapy, NLP, CBT, EMDR, Havening Techniques, EFT with Matrix Reimprinting, Pranic Healing, and Reiki. He is also engaged in ongoing studies in transpersonal psychotherapy and consciousness research inspired by the work of Stanislav Grof. Alongside his private practice, Francesco collaborates with practitioners across Europe on retreats and wellbeing events focused on trauma healing and personal transformation. He works internationally and offers sessions in English, Italian, and Portuguese.

Ilia Panev is a longevity-focused performance coach and personal trainer with over 20 years of personal training experience and more than a decade of coaching clients to become stronger, fitter, and more resilient. His approach combines strength, endurance, mobility, and functional movement to help people improve both performance and long-term health in a sustainable way. Drawing from his background in martial arts, obstacle course racing, and gymnastics, Ilia focuses on building physiques that not only look strong but move and perform effectively in everyday life.His coaching philosophy centres around intelligent progression, accountability, and long-term habit building rather than short-term fitness trends or generic programmes. Whether the goal is fat loss, muscle development, improved conditioning, or greater physical confidence, Ilia creates personalised training strategies tailored to each individual’s lifestyle, ability, and long-term wellbeing.

Dr. Konrad Grosser is a Consultant Interventional Cardiologist and Functional Medicine Practitioner based in Canterbury, Kent. Alongside his NHS role at East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust, he runs Kent Medical Centre, where he provides advanced cardiology, autonomic function testing, and integrative diagnostic services. Originally trained in Germany, Dr. Grosser holds both an MD and PhD from the University of Erlangen and completed specialist cardiology and interventional training across the Netherlands, Leeds, and Paris. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of London and certified through the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM).His work combines conventional interventional cardiology with a systems-biology approach to complex multisystem conditions including dysautonomia, POTS, hypermobility spectrum disorders, hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, lipidology, and cardiometabolic disease. In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Grosser serves as Finance and Strategic Planning Lead for the British College of Functional Medicine, supporting the growth and development of Functional Medicine education and governance within the UK.
